It's only a short stroll (0.3mi) to the best restaurants, shops, and attractions from this centrally located gem. Enjoy hundreds of hiking and biking trails on glorious Mt. Tam. A quick 25min drive to the beach or 20min to SF's Marina District. We're close to public transit with spacious street parking in a family-friendly neighborhood near schools and parks.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />PLEASE NOTE: the recommended guest breakdown is 2 adults and 2 kids MAX. <br /><br />The cottage is a studio-type layout where the entire space is open with the exception of the bathroom (which has a pocket door). There is a Peloton exercise bike in the nook area, which guests are welcome to use. <br /><br />There is one Queen size bed, and we provide a twin-size air mattress and/or packn'play upon request.<br /><br />The cottage is located in the backyard of the main residence which houses a family with two young kids and a dog (hypoallergenic). You should expect to hear some noise associated with daily living and kids playing.<br /><br />This is also a very family-friendly neighborhood so you often hear others out in their yard and/or kids playing. QUIET HOURS: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire cottage, the deck attached to the cottage, and the round fire pit+bench area in front of the cottage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />You are entering a back unit of a primary residence. Please be mindful of noise if you are checking in after dark.
