Inside, you’ll find two separate bedrooms with queen beds, one on each floor. Note the ceiling in the loft bedroom is 6'4". <br /><br /><br />Ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The living room and one bedroom features a smart TV. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Unwind in the serene remodeled bathroom with an extra-deep soaking tub.<br /><br />The space is very comfortable for 4 but there are additional sleeping options as well. <br /> <br />- The living room couch converts into a comfortable king size bed. <br />- The couch in the upstairs bedroom converts to a luxurious double sized bed. <br />- The blue chair in the downstairs bedroom folds out to a single bed for a small child. <br /><br />Upstairs, a cozy loft workspace provides a tranquil spot for remote work that is open to downstairs. The ceilings are 6'4" in the loft area. <br /><br />Step outside to your own private backyard oasis, complete with lush greenery, a dining table, circular daybed and a grill — perfect for morning coffee, evening meals, or a glass of wine under the stars.<br /><br />There is a wood stove and brand new wall-mounted heat and A/C units in each bedroom and the main living area.<br /><br />If you want a pack and play and/or to use my Tesla charger let me know as we'll need to set it up in advance.<br /><br />Note that there are a few steps in the living room, out of bathroom and into second bedroom. If you have toddlers or have any issues with stability may not be the right place for you.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have access to the entire house except for an external storage area that is not connected to the rest of the house. This is totally separate from the main house.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The back house is down a driveway that is a bit uneven and bumpy. There are also some stairs / steps in the house. Please make sure that it would be appropriate for you and your guests.
