This newly remodeled studio is on the first floor of my house and is entirely private with a key lock entry. We are located in Berkeley Hills in a very quiet neighborhood yet 1/2 block away from the bus #65 stop on Euclid Avenue. The South bound bus takes 7 minutes to the UC campus, a few more to the downtown BART station. Going North, the bus takes 10 minutes to Lawrence Berkeley Labs. The kitchinette is fully stocked with cook ware, appliances, soaps and more. Complimentary coffee and tea.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The room is decorated with taste, is large, bright and at the same time cozy. You can spend the day preparing for a meeting or simply relax. Although close to public transportation, the house is in a very quiet neighborhood. If interested in outdoors activities the nearby Tilden and Wildcat Canyon parks offer many gorgeous hiking trails to be extended or shortened as desired. There are several cinemas, theaters and the CAL Performances Zellerbach Hall are all available and easily accessible for cultural entertainment.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />I have a large patio upstairs behind the house with a terraced garden above it. It is a good place to sit and work if needed. My guest is welcome to use it.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Berkeley is a university town where cultural activities abound. There is theatre, dance, concert and movies in town as well as in San Francisco 30 minutes away by BART. I have Netflix subscription where thousands of films are available for viewing.
