Welcome to this Charming Queen Suite located in the heart of San Francisco! We're just blocks away from Golden Gate Park & Ocean Beach and the Marin Headlands. Surrounded by an abundance of restaurants and bars in the Richmond District, you won't find a better home-base when staying in SF!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a single family home in the outer Richmond District of San Francisco. Our Guest Suite is located on the ground floor and is consider an In-Law unit with a private entrance. There's a living room with kitchenette, full bath w/soaking tub, and one bedroom.<br /><br />There's a comfy queen size mattress in the bedroom, and a full size futon in the living room for a 3rd guest.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You'll have access to the whole in-law suite as well as the laundry room located on the ground floor of the building. No yard access or top floor as that's occupy by my family.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />NO SMOKING ( of any sort0<br />NO VAPING<br />NO PARTY OR EXTRA GUEST<br />NO PETS<br /><br /><br />I do live in the same building so I'm available to help when needed. We also have 3 kids age 4-13 so please bear with some footstep noises during the day.
