There's plenty of street parking and two parking spots in the driveway of the home. Please be mindful of the neighbor when parking in the driveway!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Property Disclosures:<br />We have 3, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, garage, and backyard patio of the home which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels only. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras within the home.<br /><br /><br />- Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is an older residential area. Please note STRICT house rules.
