Please note that this is a hosted stay, and the host resides in a private room within the home during your stay, while your living space remains entirely private.<br /><br />• We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with <br />enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. <br />• Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.<br /><br />★If you have any special requests (e.g., an extra mattress, extra linens or Pack ’n Play), please let us know in advance so we can have everything ready before your arrival.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />★ House Rules that are strictly enforced:<br />• Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM.<br />• Check-out: 11:00 AM with a 10-minute grace period. Starting with the 6th guest, a $25/guest/day fee applies for extra use of the house and amenities.<br />We are not set up to host parties, commercial events, or large gatherings. If you're planning a dinner, celebration, or gathering with guests beyond our maximum occupancy, please contact us before booking so we can confirm it's something we can accommodate.<br /><br />★ House Rules<br />• No parties allowed. Disturbances, property damage, excessive cleaning, or indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 fine.<br />• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fine per pet stay.<br />• No smoking inside the home.
