Rockridge is a charming, vibrant neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets, trendy cafes, boutique shopping, and Market Hall, a gourmet European-style market. Temescal is a hip, eclectic neighborhood offering a mix of diverse restaurants, art galleries, craft breweries, and a lively community atmosphere. The home is a short walk away from some of Oakland's best restaurants - Ramen Shop, Pizzaiolo, Snail Bar, Belotti, Wood Tavern, and A16, as well as many coffee shops and bakeries. It's also ideally located near numerous markets (Market Hall, Trader Joe's, Safeway, and Whole Foods), allowing you to cook in the home's full kitchen.
