Prices are around $35-$40 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.<br /><br />* * Although we strive to keep all pests away from our units with quarterly pest controls and other means, there is unfortunately no way to 100% protect our units 100% of the time from pests due to the condominium setting that we are in. Please remember that even with all the efforts that we put in there is always a chance of pests in any unit due to the tropical climate that we are in.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest have access to building amenities except for the front desk.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Keys and parking permit will be located in the unit. Lock the unit each time you leave. Building access from parking garage will be locked at 10pm and will require a key to get in.<br /><br />Parking permit pass and unit keys MUST be returned to unit prior to checkout.
