Minimum stay: 7 days<br />The house consists of a furnished 2-bedroom and 1 bath, original hardwood floor and large kitchen with plenty of sunlight and outdoor space. Please note that this is a pet and smoke free home and property. This is our permanent home and we love living in it but we make it available on airbnb while visiting family during the school holidays. This house is in a quiet neighborhood. No parties.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />A lovely and sunny 1920's craftsman bungalow in Tahoe park is for rent for extended periods (longer stays preferred- up to 39 days).<br /><br />The property consists of a furnished two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (trundle beds) + 1 play pen available upon request), one sofa bed in the living-room and one bathroom. The house can accommodate up to 6 persons. It features original hardwood floor, large kitchen with ample natural light, and a spacious front and back porch. Back yard has a number of summer fruit trees (fig, peach, cherry plum and pluot) which you are welcome to pick during your stay and a large valley oak tree that provides ample shade throughout the summer.
