Welcome to our family home! Our 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath home in the desirable Crocker Highlands neighborhood was built in 1913 and substantially renovated in recent years. We are near Lake Merritt, parks, movies and restaurants, with easy access to SF.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our light-filled home with expansive views is classy and comfortable. <br /><br />The main floor consists of a spacious yet cozy living room and dining room, kitchen for cooks, half bath and access to our deck, BBQ, back yard, hot tub and gardens.<br /><br />The three bedrooms are upstairs: (1) king bed and bath--with views of downtown Oakland and Piedmont hills; (2) full bed—the artist’s room; (3) queen bed, with views of downtown Oakland. <br /><br />Our street is tree-lined and quiet. <br /><br />We are only a few minutes from public transportation to San Francisco and beyond. Easy street parking in front of our house.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests will have full access to our home and yard.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have a car charger (J1772) available for your use.
