Very clean and had everything we needed!! Communication was very good, checked in on us the next day to make sure we were settled in!! The day of your arrival you will be given a gate code to enter the property during your stay. There are two parking passes and one assigned parking space and other guest parking spaces.<br /><br />The door has a combination lock that you will be given the code to shortly before your arrival.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This property has been a vacation rental unit for many years and has had a 4.6 rating from over 500 guests, but our property manager moved to the mainland and had to close her account for this condo.
