Make it your base for exploring the beautiful Valley Isle: from the 'Iao Valley to the Up-Country ranchland; from prime surfing spots at Pa'ia to the spectacular Hana Highway to the mystical Haleakala -- the dormant volcano rising up literally from Kihei's back yard.<br /><br />And you're steps away from one of the greatest and most family-friendly beaches anywhere -- Kama'ole 2. Swim, snorkel, turtle-watch or just lie in the sun and feel the tension wash away in the Central Pacific! <br /><br />And with the Kama'ole reefs and Molokini, you're in a snorkeller's paradise! Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. <br /><br />NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – while linens and bath towels are included in the condo, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the condo, but we provide beach towels for your use. <br /><br />RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice unless reservations are already secured. <br /><br />FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in. <br /><br />WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. <br /><br />REGISTRATION & PARKING PASSES –All guests MUST register on arrival at Kihei Akahi – instructions will be provided in our “Welcome Package” (emailed two weeks before the travel date). Guests arriving in the evening or early morning when the office is closed may park in the designated spot (indicated in the Welcome Package) and report to the office first thing in the morning. Renters MUST display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter’s expense. <br /><br />All units are self-owned; we provide many items which other condos do not have, therefore do not interchange these items with other condos. Any boogie boards, or water toys in our condo are USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. <br /><br /> HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless: <br />The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or <br />A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” in the area of residence of a vacationing guest. <br /> <br /> The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: <br /> <br />• Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered. <br />• Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and <br />• Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />390200010155, TA-205-260-2880-01
