Access is at the bottom of the stairs located outside. <br /><br />Located in West Sacramento, our cozy guest house is nestled in our backyard, separate from the main home. You will have private parking with direct access to the unit. Entry is upstairs and downstairs and via keyless entry.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Open the door... you are greeted by a large open, 852ft2, loft style area with a full kitchen.<br /><br />comfortably settle in with kitchen island space ,4k smart tv with Netflix provided , and high-speed internet.<br /><br />The space is furnished with a queen size bed in addition to a queen size pull out couch. A second primary bedroom is located outside and downstairs on the ground level fully furnished with comfy chairs , big screen tv and a king size bed and ample closet storage system. This primary bedroom also has its very own private luxurious bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower . The upstairs jewel of the house , its luxurious bathroom ,designed with an intimate, walk in rain fall shower and separate deep soaking tub. the unit includes its own washer and dryer and ample storage. <br /><br />Enjoy your stay at Casa Verde!<br /><br />Please make sure you’re booking with confidence.
