Eco friendly bedding, Ikea Table and chairs, Crate and Barrel Glassware, Weather Couch, Washer and Dryer (located in Garage) and spacious yard with vineyards and more.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will be able to access the entire home and just over one acre property to explore. There are two fig trees, 1 apple, 1 pear, a hazelnut and 2 olive trees on the property, along with a small vineyard and many beautiful Redwood trees.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This thoughtfully designed home is also environmentally friendly; from sustainable mattresses, to solar, and well water, you can not only feel good about staying here but you can relax that the owners have thoughtfully taken care of everything -sustainably. After a day of exploring this beautiful region, you can come back and enjoy the fruit trees and about 50 beautiful redwood trees, along with a beautiful vineyard of 100 vines (Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre) where small batch, artisanal wine is made from and gorgeous valley views.
