A large dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, while the separate sunken fire pit creates the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the peaceful mountain views.<br /><br />For golfers, families, and kids, the property also features a large putting green ideal for putting practice, cornhole, and yard games. Three outdoor ceiling heaters help keep the covered patio warm and comfortable during cool Carmel evenings.<br /><br />Inside, the primary kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, spices, oils, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Large 16-foot sliding doors open directly to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.<br /><br />All four bedrooms feature new mattresses, luxury linens, televisions, and strong high-speed internet. Two of the bedrooms open directly to a peaceful Zen garden, offering a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee, tea, or an evening glass of wine.<br /><br />The living and dining rooms feature classic Carmel-style ceilings, hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace that adds warmth and character to the home. Guests in the primary suite can enjoy the relaxing sound of the outdoor water fountain simply by opening the windows.<br /><br />We love well-behaved furry family members.
