Located on a sunny oversized lot, with a private/spacious backyard that offers an entertaining patio.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This stylish cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a bonus room with a pull out bed, all to yourself. There is a fully equipped kitchen that includes a toaster, coffee maker, and microwave as well as high end Viking and Miele appliances. A large dining room where the table can be extended to comfortably seat eight guests.<br /><br />The home has a 65" Samsung Frame smart television mounted above the fireplace. Completely furnished home that includes luxury Parachute linens in each bedroom and a landscaped backyard with patio furniture. High speed free Wi-Fi available throughout the home. <br /><br />There is a washer and dryer in the garage. One car garage available is available along with the option to park in the driveway and in front of the house. Great for families or groups of friends traveling together.<br /><br />Due to Carmel’s city rental ordinance, we can only accept a single booking within a 30-day period.
