Recently (November 2025) added a brand new 8ft hot tub and fenced in the property for added privacy and safety. <br />The primary bedroom of each unit (third level) has a King-size bed and attached bathroom with stand up shower, double sink, and a walk-in closet; in addition, it has a balcony that is fully accessible from the ground level. In the second bedroom of each unit (third level) is a bunkbed with Queen mattresses and an attached full bathroom. This room features a large walk in closet that doubles as a playroom for kids. The third bedroom of each unit is located on the first (entrance) level and has a King-size bed and a newly added full bathroom ensuite. On the second level of each unit is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, breakfast bar with stools, a large living room with a smart TV, a dedicated work space, a laundry room and a half bathroom. A balcony is also located off the living room with patio furniture. Thank you.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We named these homes, “Calla Lily Lakehaus East and West,” in honor of my sister cousin who passed from leukemia in 2017 just shy of turning 32 years old. Her nickname was Lily and her favorite flower was the calla lily so we decorated the home with her favorite flower throughout. Every booking helps us honor her memory.
