The primary bedroom (third level) has a King-size bed and attached bathroom with stand up shower, double sink, and a walk-in closet; in addition, it has a balcony that is fully accessible from the ground level. In the second bedroom (third level) is a bunkbed with Queen mattresses and an attached full bathroom. This room features a large walk in closet that doubles as a playroom for kids. The third bedroom is located on the first (entrance) level and has a King-size bed and a newly added full bathroom en suite. On the second level is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, breakfast bar with stools, a large living room with a smart TV, a dedicated work space, a laundry room and a half bathroom. A balcony is also located off the living room with patio furniture. Guests can also access the home via the garage once they’ve checked in. Please be advised there is NO street parking from November thru May. Thank you.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We named this home, “Calla Lily Lakehaus,” in honor of my sister cousin who passed from leukemia in 2017 just shy of turning 32 years old. Her nickname was Lily and her favorite flower was the calla lily so we decorated the home with her favorite flower throughout. Every booking helps us honor her memory.
