Community pool is available in the summer months (~mid June through Labor Day).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />After booking, you will be asked to agree to our House Rules, which protects our home and community from guest damages.<br /><br />Patio cushions are only set out during the summer due to unpredictable snowstorms through mid June. Community pool is only available beginning late June through Labor Day weekend.<br /><br />This home does not have air conditioning. This home is not ADA-accessible. All bedrooms are located upstairs.<br /><br />WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES.<br /><br />Please let us know if your dog / service animal will be joining you on your trip.<br /><br />Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms.
