Parking is convenient, although the property is limited to a maximum of two parking spaces (parking permits required and provided). Once parked, it’s just a short walk up four stairs and along a paved pathway to reach the house.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />» Only 1 pet is allowed (must be leashed at ALL times when outside)<br />» Parties or events are prohibited<br />» The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood so please be mindful of making noise, especially between 9pm - 9am<br />» No smoking or illegal substances on the property<br />» The home does not have A/C but we have ceiling fans, tower fans, and portable A/C units to keep you comfortable.<br />» April-September, we can possibly provide guest passes to the private local beaches Incline and Burnt Cedar at an additional charge (what we pay).
