The master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. The two other bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed and share a full bathroom. Ground level: Spacious living room with a gas fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, a work station, and a half-bathroom. High-speed Internet. Entertainment: Smart TV, DVDs, board games, toys, books, and X-Box 360. For our little guests: the stairs with baby gates, pack-n-play & high chair. Essential amenities and cleaning supplies are provided. No AC; window & floor fans provided. Gas BBQ grill. Washer & dryer (+laundry supplies).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire home is available to you. Since we use our vacation home ourselves frequently, we keep our stuff there locked in some of the closets and a couple of kitchen cabinets. All other closets, wardrobes, drawers, and cabinets are open for your use. Please feel free to use the spices & condiments in the open cupboards and the fridge.<br />The shed with beach/pool supplies is there for you as well.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The house has a smart lock.
