Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions.<br />If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we highly suggest you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.<br /><br />After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protects our home from guest damages.<br /><br />Minimum Age for Rental: The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25.<br /><br />This property does not come with access to Incline Village private beaches, punch cards, or dock access.<br />This property does not have A/C.<br /><br />🏡 House Rules<br />• No shoes upstairs — please remove shoes in the foyer (there is plenty of space and it will keep the upper-living level clean for you).<br />• No smoking or vaping in or around the property. There is a $500 fine for breaking this rule.<br />• No parties or events. No third-party unregistered guests unless pre-authorized.<br />• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.<br />• Pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.<br />• Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.<br /><br />Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will receive a personal keycode for entry, which will only be valid for your stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />During the winter months, we highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance! It is very affordable and will cover you in case you cannot make it due to weather or other conditions.
