Upstairs portion of light-filled art deco corner house with Pacific Ocean view from living room and front bedroom. Known in the neighborhood as the Bubble House, it's decorated with art and character inside and out. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped - like you are staying at a really good friends house. If you have a regular sized car or SUV, you'll always have a dedicated parking spot on the street right in front of the house blocking (but not in) the driveway.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The place is perfect for 2 or 3 people. The front bedroom is large, with a corner ocean view, large closet and workspace. The smaller back bedroom can sleep one person, two small people with minimal luggage, or can be used as a cozy den. It has a 55” Roku TV. There are hooks for clothes, (no closet), a workspace, and balcony overlooking the backyard with a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refurbished, vintage O’Keefe and Merritt stove. Dining table seats 4-6. The living room is large with an ocean view and plenty of comfy seating.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have the entire upstairs portion of the house and balcony. Laundry is in the downstairs unit, which is separate, and can be used on request.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />If I'm home, you’ll meet my adorable and polite long-haired Chihuahua mix named Huahua (Wawa.).
