This is the best possible North Shore location!<br /><br />The space is fresh and inviting with an open floor plan and high ceilings. There’s a comfortable living room area, a bright kitchen with ample counter space, a dining area just inside from a beautiful lanai, a bright and spacious full bath, and a loft bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. And of course, you are provided with everything you need, making it easy to take advantage of all the spectacular wonders of the North Shore, which are all within minutes of our great place.<br /><br />The Bamboo Bungalow has nearly every amenity for you. We want your experience here to be easy, efficient, and fun. From this condo, you can maximize your time on Kauai.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go (4 burner stove w/ oven, microwave, lg. fridge w/ freezer, coffee maker, blender quality cookware, etc.). All you need to enjoy the local flavors of the island is great local produce from one of the many farmers' markets, and you will be all set! We even provide you with basic cooking staples such as oils and seasonings to mix things up and enjoy your home cooking.<br /><br />The bedroom loft features a comfortable King-sized bed. For climate control, there is a mini-split air conditioner, or if you enjoy fresh air, there is a skylight above the bed that can be opened if you wish, along with a quiet ceiling fan above the bed.<br /><br /> The condo is further outfitted with a large bathroom, a dining table that seats four, a comfortable sleeper sofa (queen), and an HD Roku TV. <br /><br />Tastefully decorated, this spacious, upper-story condo is bright and airy, and also features a large lanai. Keep in mind that it is a corner unit, so, along with many lovely windows, the apartment also enjoys excellent light and sun, with no other units looking into your windows. The lanai is a great place to enjoy a sunny morning while listening to the birds, or a shady afternoon after a day at the beach. In the deck box on the lanai, you will also find that we provide beach equipment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, a large sun umbrella, and a cooler. <br /><br />Your view looks out over a grassy yard and out towards Java Plum trees lining the “Queen’s Carriage path” (Queen Emma). This path leads to Wyllie’s beach (at the far west end of Anini) with the Prince Golf course beyond. Anini Beach is known for excellent snorkeling inside its protective barrier reef. Anini has the longest barrier reef in the state of Hawaii! This outer reef breaks all the waves, leaving calm and shallow water inside (check conditions for currents!). <br /><br />This charming condo borders the Prince golf course off the back balcony (with the Anini Beach path and Java Plum trees between the golf course and a large grassy lawn below the condo). And just out the front door and below the entrance balcony is the pool, where you can conveniently take a dip whenever you feel like it. <br /><br />From Queen Emma’s Carriage Path, you can turn left towards Wyllie (Anini) Beach or go right, towards the Princeville Shopping Center, and be at either destination within 15 minutes on foot. Within an enjoyable walk in one direction, you can access a grocery store, multiple cafés, restaurants, shops, a post office, yoga studios, banks, and ATM’s as well as the local bus line. If you go the other direction, a 15-minute walk down the path in front of the condo will lead you to Wyllie Beach (the west end of Anini Beach), offering excellent snorkeling and swimming (check current conditions!). <br /><br />Beautiful Hanalei Bay is only 10 10-minute drive by car. Hanalei is a great place to walk, swim, boogie board, or enjoy surfing from beginner to advanced abilities.<br /> <br />This condo is located in the Paniolo Condominium Complex: <br /><br />The Paniolo Condominium complex is situated in Princeville, a tranquil resort community featuring numerous walking trails with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and ocean. Inside, the bedroom is located in a lofted area accessible via a steep, open-riser staircase, which may be challenging for some guests.
