This sunny in-law unit includes a living area with kitchenette (nespresso, sink, fridge/freezer, microwave), a bright bedroom with a large window, and access to a washer/dryer. The home gym features a Peloton and opens to a peaceful garden- perfect for a breath of fresh air or a quiet picnic. Located in the quiet, residential Parkside/Sunset neighborhood near Noriega St cafés, shops, Golden Gate Park, UCSF, and Ocean Beach. Easy public transit- reach downtown in under 30 minutes.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The in-law suite includes a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom, a cozy living room, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, Nespresso machine, hot water kettle, microwave and basic kitchenware (plates, bowls, cups, and silverware). You’ll also have access to a home gym with a Peloton and free weights. Laundry facilities, as well as a refrigerator and freezer, are located in the adjacent garage. The suite is directly connected to the backyard for easy outdoor access.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have private access to the entire in-law suite. Laundry facilities and a refrigerator/freezer are located in the adjacent garage, which is shared with the hosts. Guests also have access to the shared backyard. The hosts live upstairs.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The suite has heat and air conditioning, but the thermostat is upstairs. We strive to maintain a comfortable temperature in the guest suite and are always happy to adjust it for you. We provide a space heater and fans in the suite as well.<br /><br />We also welcomed a newborn this year! To make sure it is comfortable for guests, we took soundproofing measures upstairs and added optional white noise machines downstairs.
