Awesome condo with an elevator.<br />Stay in the heart of Kona when you book this sunny renovated condo. It has everything needed for a great vacation: a condo pool & grills, a beach within 1/4mi, and less than 5 min walk to all the restaurants. In this condo you can wake up watching the sunrise over Hualalai. You'll be in the center of it all and yet have your peace in this condo.<br /><br />Potential for noise from neighboring condos and road noise.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This private room with private bath is newly renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. <br /><br />It is ideally located within a 5 min walk to many restaurants in Kona and 3 min walk to the beach. It has a window wall with mountain view of Hualalai.<br /><br />This unit is accessible by elevator or stairs and is on the top floor of the building. (No one above you stomping).<br /><br />There is an assigned covered parking spot too!<br /><br />The pool is private, typically without many people. We love it because most of the time it’s just us there. There are grills & you can see the ocean from the upper deck. There’s also free WiFi there (go to the library area & it has the WiFi info there)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />In this unit you will enjoy a comfortable new mattress King bed, blackout curtains, an air conditioner for those warm Kona nights, wireless internet and cable TV. Fresh linen, bath and beach towels, along with shampoo, conditioner and soap will be provided. <br />A coffee station is available for you with a mini fridge and microwave. Enjoy your morning latte or chilled drink on your lanai with the view of Hualalai.<br />Guests will have access to a community pool and 3 grills where you can BBQ and watch the sunset.<br />You will also have shared access to the in-unit washer and dryer located in the entry way.<br />In your closet you will find 2 sets of snorkel gear, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and 1 cooler. Let us know if there is anything you need for the beach, as we may already have it.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />-No smoking allowed in the unit or lanai (strictly enforced). There are smoking areas located outside the condominium for guests.<br />-There is some road noise during the daylight hours. It can be muffled with the air conditioner, TV or closing the sliding door and curtains.<br /><br />-Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.<br />-Sound that is audible beyond property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.<br />-Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.<br />-The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.<br /><br />PL-STVR-2026-001355<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />GE-192-706-4064-01
