Convenient East Bay location—about 30 miles (45 minutes) to Napa and 40 miles (45-60 minutes) to SF. <br /><br />Self check-in with your unique entry code.<br /><br />Early check-in available when possible (depends on cleaning schedule).<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Fully private apartment with a separate entrance and no shared interior space.<br /><br />We leave a small welcome basket with snacks, popcorn, and bottled water for you to enjoy during your stay.<br /><br />The apartment includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. An air mattress is also available for additional sleeping arrangements.<br /><br />The living area has a comfortable couch, leather chair with ottoman, and a selection of board games and a few toys for kids. Dining table seats four, with additional folding chairs available if needed.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, Keurig (with pods), and a standard coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes, and utensils.<br /><br />There is a 58" TV with streaming (Netflix, Hulu, etc) and a selection of DVDs, along with fast WiFi.<br /><br />The unit also includes a washer and dryer with detergent, plus an iron, ironing board, hangers, and space for luggage.<br /><br />We have tried make the space comfortable and easy to settle into, whether you're staying a couple nights or longer.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is the lower level of the property. Our family lives on the top floor, completely separate from the apartment unit, there is no interior access between the upper and lower floor. <br /><br />There is a large driveway that can accommodate 2 (or more) vehicles easily and is only used by guests of the apartment. Our family's driveway is separate, on the opposite side of the house, so nobody has to worry about being blocked in.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please do not plan to have more than the max occupancy of 5 people stay overnight in the unit. It is not set up for parties or gatherings as we prefer to avoid high noise levels that can occur with large groups. It is fine if you have friends/family in the area and would like them to come over, but just be mindful of the noise please and do not have large groups or parties at the apartment.
