This studio condo puts you right at the center of it all: beach access within minutes, restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a calm, elevated retreat to come back to when the day is done.<br /><br />Living space & entertainment<br />The studio is arranged for easy, comfortable living with a split-type ductless AC system keeping things cool throughout your stay. A 75" HDTV with standard cable gives you something to wind down to after a full day out, and fast WiFi (217 Mbps, verified by speed test) along with an Ethernet connection keep you connected whenever you need it. Large windows let natural light fill the space, and room-darkening shades are available when you're ready to sleep in.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />Two queen-size beds sleep up to four guests comfortably. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades set the tone for a proper night's rest. A dresser provides clothing storage to keep the space tidy throughout your stay.<br /><br />Kitchenette & dining<br />The kitchenette is well equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper home-cooked meal. You'll find a GE stainless steel electric stove, microwave, mini fridge with freezer, hot water kettle, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, rice maker, and baking sheet - along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and chopsticks. A dining table gives you a spot to eat in when you're not out exploring Waikiki's restaurants.<br /><br />Bathroom<br />The full bathroom includes a bathtub, shower gel, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. Essentiel Elements Bathe shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. For laundry, paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building - handy for longer stays.<br /><br />Outdoor living & building amenities<br />The private lanai is one of the standout features of this studio - furnished with outdoor seating, it's the ideal spot for a slow morning coffee or a quiet evening with canal and ocean views as your backdrop. The building's recreation deck adds to the experience with a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, gym (one-time fee of $10, subject to change), BBQ grill, outdoor dining areas, and sun loungers. The building also has elevator access, 24-hour security, an open-air lobby, an ATM, trash chutes on every floor, and car, scooter, and bicycle rentals on the ground floor. Paid parking is available on premises at $45 per day (subject to change), with additional paid parking available off premises as well.<br /><br />Beach & location<br />Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so you can head straight to the water without extra packing. The studio also comes with free resort access, allowing guests to enjoy nearby resort facilities.
