We have all new furniture, appliances, and 4K televisions with full access to all your favorite apps. To help combat the heat we installed a brand new air conditioning unit. To help reduce and conserve power usage, we have automatic "electric eye" technology so the A/C will shut off after 20 minutes of no activity in the room or unit.<br /><br />The Main Ocean Bedroom has ocean views, direct lanai access, a king bed, and an en suite bath. The Guest Mountain Bedroom features twin beds (which can be made into a king) and an adjacent bathroom with a combination shower/tub. We have eliminated "single-use" plastic shampoo and conditioner bottles and have added hotel-grade dispensers that provide eco-friendly hair and body wash products.<br /><br />Amenities include secure high speed WiFi, beach towels, energy efficient in-unit washer/dryer, ocean-front swimming pool, a newly remodeled roof-top dining area complete with seating and four new propane gas grills, and complimentary self-parking. <br /><br />We are conveniently located just across the street from shops, restaurants, a coffee bar, a natural foods store, and rentals for snorkeling, scuba, paddle board, and other beach gear. If you golf, Wailea courses are within a few minute's drive.
