Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.<br />The guesthouse is brand new, fully renovated in 2023.<br />The environment is peaceful and quiet, yet we are only two blocks away from the heart of Noe Valley.<br /><br />Whether you're in town for work or leisure, our guesthouse is the perfect starting point for you to make the most of what San Francisco has to offer!<br />The unit faces our backyard so you can enjoy the Californian sunshine, grill a meal or kick back and relax into this wonderfully designed unit.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The property is brand new, fully renovated in 2023.<br />It is approximately 300 sq. feet plus the outdoor/backyard area. <br /><br />The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster coffee machine and cooking utensils. <br />The sofa area and the bedroom area are separated by a custom made hollow glass blocks wall to confer privacy yet allowing light to come through.
