Welcome to this Brand-New, Modern & Bright Parkside flat!<br /><br />Located within walking distance to a beautiful park, shops and cafes, you will be able to take the bus or train easily to anywhere in the city. You will have your own entrance, living space with a well-equipped kitchenette, loveseat with Roku TV, dining table and chairs, bedroom with TV and queen-sized bedroom and a lovely spa-like bathroom. Wood floors with radiant heat run throughout the unit for a cozy stay.<br /><br />There is plenty of street parking, and public transportation is just a couple of blocks away. If you have a car, please do pay attention to the street cleaning signs. You can head downtown or anywhere else in the city easily! Don't feel like cooking? You will be close to a commercial strip with cafes, restaurants and bars. <br /><br />The Parkside neighborhood is quiet and safe. This flat is just 1 mile from the beach and a few miles from downtown San Francisco.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will receive your own private entry code the day before your reservation starts.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The unit does not have a washer / dryer but there is a laundromat 3 blocks away that also offers laundry service. <br /><br />We spent extra care on soundproofing but we do live upstairs, so expect some amount of noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10PM-7AM, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors during their stay.<br /><br />San Francisco has a very temperate climate. We don't expect or suspect that temperature will be a problem, but like most homes in SF, it does not have air conditioning.
