Complete with a new bed, new mattress, side tables, Smart TVs & dressers. A large rustic gas fireplace acts as a focal point complete with a smart TV and a brand new leather sectional. <br /><br />🍳 Cook & Gather<br />Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need for a grand feast. Live edge granite counter tops and a walk in pantry are a few of the highlights.<br /><br />🌲 Get Outside<br />Multiple decks, patios and balconies make this a prime location to enjoy the pine trees and fresh mountain air. Right now our yard is covered in snow but in the Summer we will have plenty of patio furniture for your outdoor enjoyment!<br /><br />📍 Location<br />Located right on Pioneer we are super easy to get to! During the Winter, Pioneer trail is always plowed so you won't need to wait around for snow removal here. You can be up early and on the mountain for powder days! We are 15 minutes from all that South Lake has to offer - Heavenly, the lake and the casinos!<br /><br />✏️ The Deets<br />• We are permitted for up to 12 adults max plus extra kids under 5. <br />• We are permitted for up to 6 cars max. There is no street parking allowed at rentals so make sure to park 4 in the garage and 2 on the driveway.<br />• Our home is non-smoking.<br />• Our home is NOT pet friendly.<br />• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours.<br />• Like most homes in Tahoe, our home does not have AC. If coming during July or August, it can get into the high 80s but we do provide fans. <br />• After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement.<br />• We try our best to WOW you and earn your 5-star review so please be gracious when reviewing our home and we will do the same when we review you! :)<br />• Our home is located right on Pioneer trail so there is road noise that can be heard from inside. It's more prominent in the bedrooms on the front of the house. The noise does quiet down at night.<br />• Our home is 3 stories with no elevator.<br />♡ Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests will have access to our entire home with the exception of a few locked closets for owner storage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />👮🏻♂️ Local Rental Laws<br />We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. We have exterior security cameras and are friends with our neighbors. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be charges and in rare cases guests may be asked to leave our home.
