The hacienda sits on 4-acres so you will be welcomed by total peace and quiet with beautiful mountains as your backdrop.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />MOROCCO-MEETS-MEXICO <br />The property recently went through an extensive update and has lots of beautiful design details throughout. Its bohemian design will transport you to another world, filled with beautiful textiles, accessories, rugs and vintage furniture finds from the owner’s extensive international travels. The space is beautiful, bright and filled with warmth, you will feel like this is your own home!<br /><br />BED-BATH<br />Bedroom #1: The Master has 1 King Bed plus a low seating area made up of 2 twin beds. It leads out to the wrap-around deck.<br />Bedroom #2: 1 Queen Bed plus 1 Daybed with a twin mattress<br />Bedroom #3: 1 Queen Bed with private courtyard<br /><br />Bathroom #1: The Master Bathroom is very generous in size - double sinks, bathtub and shower will transport you to your own private spa.<br />Bathroom #2: The spacious second bathroom with large sink and shower, is easily located for sharing between Bedroom #2 & Bedroom #3<br /><br />OUTDOOR<br />Sitting on a 4-acre estate, the home is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens and lush trees. The back of the house has a continuous deck with an outdoor living and dining area, ideal for entertaining and relaxing. The sunset with the mountains in the backdrop makes the deck the best place for evening cocktails.<br /><br />The Pool has just undergone an extensive update and has newly installed solar heating! Situated in an enclosed courtyard, the Pool is surrounded by beautiful trees and plantings. It is the perfect spot for lounging all day long. The pool’s heating system is not operational from late October through early April. (Please note there is a hot tub at the property but NOT available for guest use)<br /><br />INDOOR<br />With over 3,200 sq. ft of living space, the home is generous enough to be very comfortable for 8 guests. The large kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools to put together amazing meals. There is a dining room and tv room at the back of the house next to the kitchen and all three of the spaces flow easily from one to another. You also have a large living room that is great to hang out and listen to music or play games in addition to a formal dining room for special meals. Most of the public spaces are covered with terracotta tiles which keeps the house extremely cool during warm summer days.<br /><br />EVENTS<br />Due to zoning regulations, events are NOT allowed at the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at the home are 8 people at all times. This will be enforced in order to adhere to permitting regulations, any misuse will be fined.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The front lawn and backyard/pool area of the home are solely for the usage of the guest. The rest of the property is private and non-accessible.
