Located in Pacifica, CA a block away from the ocean shoreline（3 mins stroll to the shoreline). You can hear the gentle sounds of the ocean on our quiet street. With xeriscaping characterized by local plants and bougainvillea, our little blue beach house has a large front porch with lots of sunlight to relax in and a small backyard deck to enjoy the warm weather. <br /><br />Inside, the living room has 14' ceilings with skylights. The guest room is fully furnished as are the kitchen and master bedroom.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire home during your stay (except a locked storage closet).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The San Francisco Bay Area is famous for its micro climates and Pacifica is no exception. It can be clear and warm in the winter or cloudy and cold in the summer. Very hard to predict but lovely under any conditions. June and July are some of the foggiest months because extreme heat elsewhere pushes a lot of cold moisture off the ocean. We have a lot of bookings during those months from people escaping the heat elsewhere.<br /><br />So if you are visiting the Bay Area and want peace and quiet but easy access to the city, this is the place..<br /><br />There is bar on the other end of the block. They do have live bands sometimes and occasionally you can hear the band play from the yard.
