Snorkel gear & beach for your use.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />About the bungalow: This gem is a large studio with a soaring insulated wood beam ceiling and ample light all hours of the day. The bungalow is surrounded by lush tropical garden landscaping and a zen garden area. Ammenities include a comfortable queen bed, cabinets with ample linens and towels, a large ceiling fan, and a sitting area with a fold down couch, coffee table, and smart TV mounted on a flexible direction arm for viewing from the kitchen, living or sleeping areas. Cable and wifi are complementary. There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchenette that includes ample counter space, a mid-sized fridge/freezer, sink, microwave oven, 2 burner conduction cooktop, coffee maker, Vitamix blender, food processor, countertop toaster-oven, rice maker, salad spinner, spices and all that you might need to make home cooked meals if you chose. There is a breakfast bar and dining area that seats four overlooking the tropical garden. There is a spacious and private lanai for sipping your morning beverage, listening to the birds singing and appreciating your tropical surroundings . The unit has a large full bath with plenty of hooks and a stacked washer dryer for your convenience.<br />IBeach towels, coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards are available for your use. Fins and snorkeling gear, beach chairs and a frisbee golf set are available and stored in a box around the corner of the back lanai though bringing your own mask and snorkel is advised since equipment sometimes become lost or broken.<br /><br />Paniolo has an open parking policy M-F during the day until 5pm. You have one designated parking space (#116) directly in front of the bungalow for your exclusive use overnight. <br /><br />Keys provided include access to the unit as well as to the community tile bottom swimming pool and BBQ grilling area.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Lockbox on the front porch is for initial access- same key opens to the hallway and Honu (Turtle) unit. Keys for daily use are inside the Honu unit. Once inside, return the lockbox key to the lockbox.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />For our environmentally conscious guests, composting and recycling are most welcomed (instructions are included in your welcome information notebook).<br /><br />HOA regulations DO NOT allow smoking anywhere on the property or inside the studio.
