Steps away from everything you need. <br />Go out or stay home and enjoy our professionally landscaped back yard with Bay and southern SF views or hike up to Bernal hill for 360 views of the City!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is our personal residence so you’ll see some of our personal items. Don’t worry, we’ve been hosts for many years and we will clear out closet and dresser space so you can make yourself at home.<br /><br />The primary bedroom has views of the bay and a comfortable organic queen mattress + remote powered blackout shade. <br /><br />The second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a crib. An auto-inflate fancy air mattress can also be set up if you prefer another queen bed (upon request only). <br /><br />The second story full bathroom is a new addition (2024) with fireclay tile, kohler fixtures including bathtub with massage bubbles, heated tile floors and heated toilet seat (yes you read it right)… oh and let’s not forget the operable solar skylight. Enjoy!<br /><br />The Third (private) bedroom is on the main level with a super comfortable pullout queen sofa from Bluedot with memory foam mattress plus a nice pillow topper (guests have reported it’s quite comfortable and would not have guessed it’s a pullout sofa!). This bedroom is adjacent to the 2nd full bathroom. The second bath also includes a bathtub / shower combo.<br /><br />Parking: street parking. Note, our driveway is available to block, however sometimes the spot may be too tight depending on the size of your vehicle and if another car parked close to our driveway. In Bernal most of the time parking is not too much of an issue within 1 block on the surrounding streets.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Access to Entire home and private backyard all to yourself!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />While we are not a pet friendly rental, please be aware that we have a dog.
