Home gym, Peloton, parking, hot tub.<br /><br />I own a beautifully renovated Victorian-era (feels more like Arts and Crafts style) home on the western slope of Bernal Heights with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a sunroom / family room, and a garage, laundry and workout room in garage area. There is a formal living room and dining room. Dining room opens into a sophisticated, remodeled chef's kitchen with quality appliances. The kitchen leads to a large, especially inviting sunroom with a wall of windows overlooking the lush rear yard. From the sunroom one walks straight out into the delightfully landscaped sunny and private rear yard, which includes a relaxing hot tub, fire pit and Webber grill. It's easily accessible from the house itself and is a deeply relaxing oasis, where you can enjoy coffee in the morning, entertain friends, enjoy alfresco dining / bbq while admiring the garden's mature, colorful vegetation and the sound of birds in the trees. There are many authentic period details inside the house including softwood floors and molding, while the lights, fixtures, foundation, plumbing and heating have all been updated. Downstairs there is plenty of storage and parking for one compact or slightly larger car (either a Tesla or an Audi wagon fit fine, for example).<br /><br />This rental is very flexible: you can rent whole house or one or more rooms (contact if interested in renting less than whole house).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Each bedroom has a fan and air purifier, and there is a large air purifier in the main space.
