Strictly for Non-Smokers/Non-Vapers.<br /><br />Our place has two queen beds. It is centrally located in Bernal Heights, two blocks to Cortland St cafes/dining/grocery, with amazing street parking near the highways, Muni and 1 mile walk to BART. Best of all, you can take a morning hike with great vistas.<br /><br />There are only two electric induction hot plates for light cooking. No oven.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The lower unit of our two-unit house has an eat-in kitchen with morning sun, a living room with TV (no cable, use your own streaming service), 1 bathroom, and 2 queen beds. The bathroom and two beds are adjoining, so the space is suitable for a couple or a family with young children. (This means you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other and also to the bathroom. The bedrooms are separated only by a sliding glass door.)<br /><br />The Bernal Heights neighborhood is great for walking around, getting a bite to eat, buying groceries, lounging at a cafe, or taking a short hike with views of the entire city and SF Bay Area. A SF Muni bus is 2 blocks away and runs every 10 minutes. The BART Station is a 25-30 minute walk. If you're driving, you will find great on-street parking (usually within one block) and easy access within 3-5 minutes of the local highways. Two playgrounds are nearby, a public library, restaurants, Saturday Farmer's Market and more.<br /><br />This is a fully self-contained unit with kitchen. No dishwasher, no oven, no range. Only 2 induction hot plates.<br /> <br />Wi-fi for the unit is for the guests. Possible to use ethernet. <br /><br />We are likely to be available to guests if you have questions. Some guests see us only at check-in/check-out. Some have questions and we see them a bit more. Some never see us, using self-check-in.<br /><br />Bernal Heights has a cute main street with coffee shops, restaurants, stores, a public library and recreation center. You can take a morning hike up the hill for great views of the city.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is a fully self-contained unit with kitchen. <br />Wi-fi for the unit is for the guests. Possible to use ethernet. The apartment is on the same floor with the host storage, which the host accesses throughout the stay (between 6am-10pm).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our home is for NON-SMOKERS and NON-VAPERS. You may not smoke outside or on the corner. Our neighbors are very upset by people who smoke.<br /><br />We live upstairs and keep school hours, up around 6am.
