Please take off shoes when entering the home<br /><br />2) No smoking anywhere on the premises, no pets, no parties, no drugs, and no loud noises after 10pm. Local law enforcement will and have been called by the neighbors for excessive noise during quiet hours (10pm to 7am)<br /><br />3) If you’d like to adjust the AC temperature, please use the thermostat located in the hallway just outside the lower-level bedroom. Turn the dial counterclockwise to lower the temperature, or clockwise to raise it. No subsequent action is needed to set the room temperature besides turning the dial. Once set, the room temperature will adjust accordingly. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to the property manager if you need assistance<br /><br />4) Guests beyond the number listed in the reservation booking are not allowed on the property without prior written approval.
