Poipu Joy, our two-story home, is nestled in a private community of villas in 7 acres of lush gardens. It's just a short walk to two of the island's most beautiful beaches. Our home is private, quiet and surrounded by palms and tropical flowers, sharing a wall with just one neighboring home and no one above or below. <br /><br />Located near Poipu Beach and the Grand Hyatt resort, you are in one of the best spots for water activities -- swimming, snorkeling, surfing, and paddle boarding.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The 2-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 4, and has additional space for 2 on the queen sleeper sofa. We require that the maximum number of adults is 4, and if you have 6 the additional 2 must be children. <br /><br />A private sidewalk entrance leads to the main floor with living room, dining area, a full size and well-equipped kitchen, and guest bedroom with queen bed, and full bath. The entire upstairs is a master bedroom suite with king bed and bathroom. The sleeper sofa is in the living room.<br /><br />Ceiling fans are located in every room and both bedrooms have A/C. There is WIFI and two flatscreen tvs (with Netflix, Disney, etc.) in the living room and master bedroom.<br /><br />A large covered lanai is furnished for outdoor dining and looks out on the beautiful garden of palms, bananas, and bougainvillea.<br /><br />The house has been recently upgraded and refreshed for your comfort and enjoyment!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our community, Poipu Crater, is a half-hour drive from the airport. There are two reserved parking spots right outside the house. <br /><br />There is a large swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and covered poolside BBQ area with pingpong for your use.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas for your use.
