(Single blower in main living area/Guest Bedroom does not have it's own separate A/C).

The space
Non-shared two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo at oceanfront Kona Bali Kai Resort. We have a max occupancy of 6 guests, with 4 adults max and 2 children. This is due to sofa sleeper comfort is not ideal for adults, so we prefer no adults sleeping on sofa sleeper (for their own comfort)!
The mini split A/C has the single blower located in the Living room/dining room area that cools most all of the condo quite well, as long as condo is closed up tight from the outside. It does not cool the guest bedroom or the bathrooms very well (no separate blower in the guest bedroom), so floor and ceiling fans are still needed to move air in those areas. In the summer, it may not provide a person needing A/C the correct environment in the guest bedroom.

Guest access
You can access all areas of condo and resort

Other things to note
Please note than now all Airbnb traveler fees are included in the shown rates (Airbnb fee is 15.5%)

In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional. If any of that gear is lost or broken, please dispose of, but no need to replace on our account.
