A 10-minute drive to airport.<br /><br />Studio has Ocean view, top floor with balcony, fully furnished with a Queen size bed and full sofa/sleeper, WIFI, cable TV, Netflix, AC, coffee maker, beach chairs, umbrella & more.<br /><br />NO RESORT FEE/FREE PARKING.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />GENERAL:<br />- This is the privately owned studio inside of Aston Islander on the Beach. Therefore, it doesn't offer daily cleanings or any other hotel services. <br />- It is at the 3rd floor with 372 sqft. <br />- Sleeps up to 4 people.<br />- Perfect for anniversary, honeymoon, or simple vacation.<br />- Nonsmoking unit.<br /><br />THE HOTEL AMENITIES AND SURROUNDINGS:<br />- Outdoor Swimming Pool & Sunbath<br />- Outdoor jacuzzi<br />- Outdoor BBQ grill and tables<br />- Poolside Tiki Bar<br />- Access to private beach <br />- Access to walking/biking path. The Parking pass will be provided.<br /><br />KITCHENETTE: <br />Coffee brewer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses and silver<br /><br />STARTER SUPPLIES:<br />There will be a starter supply of coffees, creams, sugars, toilet papers, paper towel, tissue, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, trash bags and bar soap. <br />Please note that these are only a starter supply. <br /><br />BEACH SUPPLIES:<br />- Beach towels<br />- Beach chairs<br />- Umbrella<br /><br />LAUNDRY:<br />The resort does not allow laundry access, but there is a laundromat is located near the resort. We also can do, mid stay cleaning, towel/sheet exchanges upon request.<br /><br />LINENS:<br />We provide linens for the beds and one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, beach towel) per guest. <br /><br />CHECK IN:<br />It's self-check in. Keyless entry.
