Relax with beautiful views from the 100 sq ft private lanai.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />**Annual TEMPORARY Pool/Jacuzzi Closure 2026**<br />For safety and property improvements, the building Maintenance Department and a contractor will be performing Annual Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, and Repairs to 6th floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas with closing starting on Sunday, November 8th @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, they will re-open on Monday, November 16th @ 7:00 a.m. (weather permitting). Also included with this important process is that the access gate to the Pool/Jacuzzi deck area will be locked and secured and ALL the area’s amenities will NOT BE available for use during these dates.
