Private entrance to our beach side home. We live upstairs with our dog and 2 teen daughters and blocks from SF Zoo, 1 mile to G.G. Park, across the street from the park "Sunset Dunes" and next to public transportation. Unit has a kitchenette. We welcome families and children. Steps from the beach, you can enjoy running, walking and watching the sunset. <br />Possession of SF Short-Term Rental Certificate has agreed to comply with the SF Short Term Residential Rental Ordinance<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The bed is a full bed (fits 1-2 people) and a bunk bed in second bedroom. We provide the essentials to make your stay cozy. We have a full size fridge, basic cooking oils and spices, 2 induction burners, electric grill, coffee pot, microwave and toaster oven for light cooking. Coffee and tea is included. You are welcome to access our backyard area to relax in the sun or bbq. There is plenty of FREE street parking, except for street cleaning on the 2nd and 4th of the month.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests enter from the sidewalk and are able to utilize the backyard. There is no smoking in the house or the backyard.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />As we live upstairs with our two teen girls, there can be foot traffic noise as the walls are thin and it is an old classic sunset house, built in 1928! We are usually quite in the evening, but please be aware that you may hear footsteps, which we cannot control. There is no street noise or car noise.
