Step through the sliding door onto your private lanai, let the trade winds carry the salt air in, and let Honolulu set the pace.<br /><br />The space<br />This one-bedroom condo on the 29th floor of Tower 1 sleeps up to four guests and sits within easy walking distance of Waikiki Beach, dining, shopping, and local attractions. The building is family-friendly and professionally managed, with 24/7 guest support throughout your stay. A private entrance, keypad self check-in, and elevator access make arrivals smooth at any hour.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />The bedroom is fitted with two queen-size beds and separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, giving you flexibility without sacrificing privacy. A pullout sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates additional guests. Extra pillows, blankets, bed linens, and room-darkening shades are all provided.<br /><br />Living area<br />The air-conditioned living space is set up for comfortable downtime between beach days and city walks. A flat-screen TV with cable, WiFi, and an Ethernet connection keep you covered whether you are catching up on something or simply unwinding. Large windows frame the views throughout, and the single-level layout makes moving around the space easy for everyone.<br /><br />Kitchen & dining<br />The full kitchen is well-stocked for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. You will find a GE refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, single oven, microwave, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, rice maker, toaster, baking sheet, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and chopsticks. A dining table rounds out the space for shared meals or casual planning.<br />Bathroom<br />The full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - everything you need to refresh after a day out.<br /><br />Outdoor living<br />The private lanai with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area is your front-row seat to ocean, mountain, and city views. The Waikiki Banyan's shared recreation deck includes a BBQ grill, sun loungers, and an outdoor playground for younger guests. Please note that the recreation deck - including the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area - is currently closed for renovation, with work expected to continue for approximately one year from April 2025.<br /><br />Beach & resort access<br />Beach essentials are provided, including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, so you can head straight to the water. The building also offers shared beach access and free resort access to nearby facilities.<br />Building features & parking<br />Free parking for one vehicle is included in the on-site garage, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on the premises. Paid washers and dryers are located on the laundry rooms on each floor. A coffee shop and convenience store on the ground floor add to the everyday convenience.<br /><br />Neighborhood<br />Positioned in the heart of Waikiki, you are steps from the beach, parks, restaurants, shops, and island attractions.
