This unit is a small studio a few steps from the ocean, if you are on a budget and want to experience the real Hawaii this place is for you.The kitchen is fully stocked. There is one Q-size bed and a pull-out couch with a Q-size mattress for children or adults up to 130. The swimming pool and gym are just around the corner. Unfortunately NO AC, and it might get hot specially in the summer months, but we provide multiple fans.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Ground level unit with walk out to the beach. It's located in a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, home to several turtles all year around. We don't have AC in the apartment, but we provide multiple floor fans and ceiling fans to help on the year's hottest days.<br /><br />IMPORTANT: There is some construction going on at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u). Please plan on some unsightly construction scaffolding and signs as well as possible loud construction noise Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (No construction happens on the weekends). Because we' re sensitive to these potential impacts on your experience, we have already discounted all listed nightly rates through 2025 by 20%. If you decide to cancel your stay because of the possible impact from construction, we will offer a full refund to you if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation. The vast majority of our guests still have a truly amazing experience here regardless of the construction and we think you will too! We are happy to answer any questions you have.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators.
