The space includes free Wi-Fi, two smart TVs with cable, window A/C, and a coffee maker with complimentary pods to start your mornings right ☕️<br /><br />Fresh linens, towels, and everyday essentials like a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are all provided—so you can simply settle in and enjoy your stay 🌺<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />A keyless entry makes access simple, guest specific pass code will be provided prior to arrival. <br /><br />At the Ilikai, enjoy two pools—a quiet wading pool on the 2nd floor and a heated main pool by the lobby. For stunning views of Honolulu, take the glass elevator up to the top-floor restaurant. Downstairs, everything you need is right there, including coffee, ice cream, poke shop, a convenience store, and a surf shop. There’s even a spa if you want a relaxing massage! <br /><br />🅿️ Parking is available for $30/day—please let us know at booking if you’ll need it (minimum 3 nights). Lost parking cards incur a $250 replacement fee. Valet parking is also available in the building for $45/day<br /><br />🧳 You can store your luggage at the lobby with the concierge before check-in or after check-out for $2 per bag (price may change).<br /><br />For a play and go crib — please notify us when you make your booking, so we can make sure that everything will be arranged upon your arrival.<br /><br />This rental does not include resort services as daily housekeeping, replenishment of towels or hotel front desk services.<br /><br />For your convenience, we provide initial supplies of essentials such as toilet & towel papers, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods. Please be aware that these items are not replenished during your stay, and guests are responsible for restocking them as needed. Mahalo for your understanding 🤙🏽<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />House rules are NO PARTY and NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere, including the building, room and balcony. Security may issue fines for any violation occurred during stay, guests are responsible for payment. We enforce fine of $500 if there is any smoke or party discovered. Thank you for your understanding. 4 persons max (or 4 adults and 1 baby);<br /><br />If your trip depends on early check-ins or out, I suggest you book that night to ensure its availability.<br /><br />Late check out: past 10AM - guest will be charged - every 15minutes being late additional $50.<br /><br />If any unforeseen events occur in the building that are beyond our control, we won’t provide a refund. Nevertheless, we will make efforts to resolve the issue promptly or secure an alternative accommodation based on availability. <br /><br />For peace of mind, we suggest guests consider travel insurance to cover unexpected events like travel delays, weather, or emergencies.<br /><br />The requirements for successful booking confirmation requests - include being at least 25 years old, having a proper picture reflecting reality, having a confirmed phone number and email address, and ideally, having good reviews.
