Free AC!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We've stayed in several other condos in this building and as unbiased as I can be, our unit is the nicest! It has been completely remodeled, professionally managed, and we have personally inspected the unit at least once a year.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is a front desk that will check you in, give you access to the condo, and you can pay for a parking pass if you rented a car ($15/night charged by the condo building). If you are arriving late, please let use know as the overnight front desk coverage is limited. There is a large hot tub and pool for guest use, along with the beach and ocean just a few steps away from the front desk!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The cleaning fee is $195.00.<br />The Hawaii State taxes are 17.25%.<br />(TAT 10.25%, GET 4%, MCTAT 3%)<br /><br />Rooms/Bookings are not guaranteed until funds are paid.<br />The building does not allow Spray On sunscreen anywhere inside or outside of the building. Maui is very tight on what types of sunscreen can be used, but the HOA is taking it to the next level.
