Comfortably suitable for parents with 2 kids. A full size gourmet kitchen with spacious counter to enjoy meals. <br /><br />**no dishwasher; however, dish rack is provided<br /><br />-Guests can enjoy the two outdoor pools, locating on second floor and the other pool near pathway to the beach.<br />-Empire Steakhouse Hawaii restaurant just outside the lobby and on top of the Ilikai<br />-Hula dance show every Friday and music show every Sunday.<br />-Friday work show every Friday that guests can view from the lanai/patio.<br />-Of course, you’ll love the view of the ocean with amazing sunset view.<br /><br />** After July 1, parking will be unassigned, please park at any stall that does not have AOAO or RESERVED sign<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests get the whole condo to themselves. Chill and enjoy tea or coffee on the lanai/patio with k-cup coffee machine provided. <br /><br />As this condo is in the hotel/condo, please follow all Airbnb, hotel association and regulations (house rules)<br />Only lobby and pools are accessible to our short term rental guests.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We are available via text, messages most of the time; please contact us directly if you need help or have questions since this unit is privately owned and not run by the hotel.<br /><br />**no dishwasher; however, dish rack is provided<br /><br />**there might be some delay getting in and out of the elevators from time to time especially during rush hour (check in and check out time)<br /><br />Cleaning fee include all linens and towels (before check in and and after check out only)<br /><br />** aloha! Just a heads up—the Ilikai has a building project (July 2025–July 2027). Our unit should only need light lanai repainting.<br /><br />Work is Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.
