Comfortably suitable for parents with 2 kids. Recently renovated condo with a full size kitchen and spacious kitchen island to enjoy our meals. <br /><br />-Guests can enjoy the two outdoor pools, locating on 2nd floor and near the pathway to the beach.<br />-Empire Steakhouse Hawaii restaurant just outside the lobby, on top of the Ilikai<br />-Hula dance show eery Friday and music show every Sunday<br />-Friday night firework show that guests can view and enjoy from the lanai / patio<br />-Of course, you'll love the amazing ocean view<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests get the whole condo to themselves. If you need help or have any questions, please message or text to us (phone number is provided) <br /><br />**there is no separation between the living room (sofa bed) and the bedroom area (king size) <br /><br />**there might be slight delay getting in and out of the elevators from time to time, especially during rush hour (check in and check out time)<br /><br />**Our condo is newly renovated with brand new furnitures, queen size pull out sofa bed and a king size bed. Complimentary K-cup coffee, tea and water filter. <br /><br />**the booking cost is the final cost including Hawai'i State tax and General Excise tax and cleaning fee, so you do not need to worry about paying other fee after booking. <br /><br />** Cleaning fee include all linens and towels (before check in and and after check out only)<br /><br />** aloha! Just a heads up—the Ilikai has a building project (July 2025–July 2027). Our unit should only need light lanai repainting.<br /><br />Work is Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.
